By combining a wide variety of technologies, we can produce even the most sophisticated and very complex components, which are also characterized by high cost-effectiveness. Hot processing
We offer the following technologies for hot processing:
- Machine deformation
- Manual deformation with hydrogen/oxygen lamp such as welding
The starting material is pipes with different diameters as well as various semi-finished products, such as joints, taps, valves, plates and rods. The heart of the processing is the quartz burner, which reaches temperatures of up to 2,500 °C with a mixture of propane/hydrogen and oxygen.
Larger components such as process pipes for horizontal and vertical systems are machined in a lathe.
Only through the interaction of heat and craftsmanship of the quartz apparatus manufacturer can excellent quartz glass products be manufactured to customer specifications and in a wide variety.
Cold machining
Bei der Kaltverarbeitung bieten wir folgende Technologien an:

Cold processing is performed with diamond tools, diamond saw, abrasive powder as well as with a polishing paste. In this way we can process all types of glass and ceramic materials. The processing possibilities are very versatile: cutting, sawing, drilling, grinding, polishing, etc. … In particular, various sight glasses are manufactured in this way.
Repair & Cleaning
Due to its outstanding properties, quartz glass is a cost-intensive material. For this reason, we are happy to check the cost-effectiveness of rebuilding and repairing your quartz glass products for our customers, in order to ideally avoid replacing them with a cost-intensive new part.
Regular cleaning and maintenance can significantly extend the service life of your quartz glass products. We perform these services for our customers at regular intervals.
When returning quartz glass products for cleaning or repair, please be sure to include a complete explanation of the nature and extent of contamination. This is necessary to assess potential hazards to humans and the environment. In addition, the easier we can identify which cleaning method is appropriate and effective.
